What is the payment method?

We accept all major credit carts; Master, Visa, Amex and debit cards; Visa and Maestra via secure international payment provider, Iyzico 

The authentication system maintains a high level of security for your purchases  verifying the identity of the cardholder before approving the purchase. Your credit card information is not kept or shared with 3rd parties whatsoever.

What does '' pending'' means or what to do when there is an error on payment page?

Please contact us first. Pending means your payment is not gone thru and it is being hold by your bank. Please kindly contact with your bank about your limits to online shopping with your credit cards. We will also be contacting at our end to solve the problem. 

Do you accept any other currency other than US Dollars?

Currently we only accept payments in US Dollars. 

Is it safe to use credit card on your store?

Our store is protected by a software firewall and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the e-commerce standard for securing information that travels across the internet. We guarantee that your credit card information is never stored at our system and never shared with 3rd parties.
